How to apply online for Elangeni TVET College Admission

Application Steps

  1. Visit elangeni.edu.za
  2. Online registration
  3. Login or register on GoStudy
  4. Click on Career Questionnaire and Narrative
  5. Literacy and Numeracy will be completed later after you have finalized your application, ignore this part for now.
  6. Click on Your College Application
  7. The page will show Existing student login’ and ‘Register a new Account.’
  8. Choose Register a new account and create Student profile.
  9. Go to year (2026) and a list of campuses will appear.
  10. After choosing the preferred campus, a list of courses will appear.
  11. Choose the right course.
  12. Complete all outstanding information on your profile.
  13. Finalise your Current Application
  14. You will be required to upload the following documents:
  • Certified ID copies (yours and that of your parent or guardian).
  • Latest school report (from Grade 9 for NVC and Grade 12 for N4).
  • Proof of home address.
  • Certified Copy of parent or guardian
  • Proof of income for the parent or guardian
  1. Your status must indicate Pending Verification (meaning application submitted successfully)

Registration Process

Now that your application has been submitted successfully, Let us help you finalize your registration.

  • Application status must be Pending Verification meaning application submitted successfully.
  • Outstanding Documents – if one of your documents is rejected, please take note of the reason so that you can correct the document and not resend the same document.
  • Book Assessment – the college is processing your application
  • Pending Assessment – You have met the requirements. You will receive an SMS with the link and the token to write an assessment.  The token will assist you to write the numeracy & literacy.  Career Guidance and Narrative must be completed at application stage on Go Study page.  Numeracy & Literacy is the continuation of the first two assessments. This makes a total of 4 assessments.
  • Pending Review – your assessments results have been received by the college.
  • Provisionally accepted – accept/decline (Reject ) the offer. You will see a link that takes you to read the Student Code of Conduct. If you accept you are required to put your signature using your device phone/ computer.
  • Pending Payment – How will you be paying for your studies. Continue to Payment. If you are NSFAS applicant, please take a screenshot from MyNSFAS showing application status, Name, ID and Reference No. If you have taken up a self-paying programme, please make payment into college bank account using ID as your reference no.  Upload your NSFAS/ Proof of payment.
  • Payment Verification – please wait while the college verify the information you have attached on your payment section.
  • Pre-enrolled & Registered – your registration process has been completed.

How to Apply for NSFAS

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO APPLY:

Step 1: Go to www.nsfas.org.za and click on the ‘myNSFAS’ tab.

Step 2: Create a myNSFAS account

Step 3: Click on the ‘APPLY’ tab and complete the sections on the screen

Step 4: Upload required supporting documents (where applicable)

Step 5: Click on ‘Submit’
